The Los Angeles Times the famous house just sold for a whopping $16.84 Million. The 1946 Palm Springs house designed by Richard Neutra was sold at the Christie's Post-War and Contemporary Art Auction held on May 13th in NYC. This was the highest price of the American modernist houses recently sold as architectural collectibles. Not too shabby. I'm not a fan of modern but the whole design of the space and furniture was executed perfectly!
