...as my friend Kathryn and Rachel Zoe would so elegantly say. Every since La Dolce Vita posted this fabulous hotel I have been stalking this french designer Jean Louis Deniot. In my "stalking" attempt I came across a great q&a here.

    found your blog via dolce vita - what a wondeful apartment you have - you've made such great use of a small space. please share the gray paint you used? i'm in the process of finding the perfect gray shade and yours looks like it might be it!

    Kay, the paint is Benjamin Moore - HC-170 (Stonington Gray) It's one of the best colors I have ever seen because it takes on a tone of whatever is around it.
    just FYI-The sample will look darker than it actually is on the walls.

    thank you! i actually had that on my list then crossed it off because it looked too dark! think i'll go get the paint chip and re-evaluate! thanks again!

    no problem! And in general I always try to go at least one shade darker than my first choice. It usually is the better route.
